Under the Weather
Well, the weather hasn't been great lately, and neither have I. I started to feel not-quite-right at the end of last week, and by Friday night I was definitely sick. Spent most of the weekend in bed. Monday afternoon I went in to see a doctor, expecting to hear that I had sinusitis.
Nope.
Of all things, an EAR infection.
Even Goa'uld said "don't only kids get that?"
So I'm resting as much as I can, listening to the wind howl outside and rattle the house. And yes, I'm drinking lots of fluids. (Maybe too much, I'm trekking to the bathroom an awful lot . . .)

Aw, I'm so sorry to hear my poor pal is sickly. :( I hope you're feeling better and you're less intimiate with your bathroom soon.
It's insanely windy here too (actually has been since yesterday). So much so, I'm just waiting for the roof to rip right off and start the flight to Oz.
Sorry to hear, Dddragon. I noticed you weren't posting. Feel better soon.
Glad you're on the up swing though.
Hope you feel better soon! That Tak Simba Pez is a smart @$$.
I recently got my first-ever wart... I thought those were just for kids too. *sigh*
Feel better and tell the little one that... you are still a kid at heart, so there!
Perhaps God is punishing you for something.
Perhaps God is punishing you for something.?!?!?!?!?
WTF?!?!?
I hope you're kidding 'cause this bohemian is not amused at this kinda talk to my sweet friend D!
*bohemian smackaroos with tons of passionate zeal of smacking coming your way*
Sweet 3d, hope you start to feel better soon! My kids have had them and have suffered through them so! *Big, huge boho smooches coming your way*
Oh you poor baby. Cuddle up under a quilt and immerse yourself in a good comfort book.
And do what *I* do, which is to be obnoxiously clingy to any member of the family within arm's reach.
I'm really under the weather myself. I can't believe how many people are sick at school, too. None of us should be here.
Cheech and Chong made a song called "earache in my eye". You can tell people you have that, and see who the Cheech and Chong fans are. Then ask them for some stash. They probably have some, or know where to get some.
Dddragon...stop listening to the wind howling, when you have an ear infection. It only makes them feel worth. Use your other senses...look at the wind moving the trees...
Ok, I meant to be funny, but it did not work. Sorry, just wanted to make you smile :) feel better soon!
That Girl's night out did you in, so it seems. It was that draft from the limo window.
