Old Photo Weekend

Sunday addendum: Happy Birthday to my sister-in-law Me Wonder Woman Pez!

I've decided to expand Old Photo Sunday to the whole weekend. (Pure laziness, I assure you.)

This photo was one I took around 1980. I had gotten myself a new Pentax K1000 camera and signed up for a photography course at Penn State. The cat was named Hagar (after the cartoon character) and the person is AP3. I developed and printed this photograph myself.

Yeah, I don't remember it either! Aw, little Hagar! He was such a cute kitten.

I'm diggin' my sneakers... dang, great vintage kicks!

Yesrie - toooo funny! I always thought that this photo had murder written all over it.

:-D I couldn't tell what weapon Hagar's holding (a big ponytail elastic?), but I really think it was The Stare that did AP3 in :>

Ahhh, the good old days...when you actually had to develop pictures.

Have a great weekend, 3D.

Neat photo. I hope you show more of your photos.
They are uniquely yours and well done!

Those murders you posted about are so awful. It's hard to believe he murdered all those people! Sickening.

I took a photog course around that time too (though I was a wee bit younger). Did you ever try placing plants on photog paper and zapping them to produce a primitive photo/negative effect?

I was admiring those vintage sneaks as well...
Great photo, I always prefer black & white.
That kitten is not as sweet as he pretends!
