Santorum Blasts Boston

Rick SantorumPennsylvania Senator Rick Santorum wrote in 2002:
"... While it is no excuse for this scandal [Priest Sex Scandals], it is no surprise that Boston, a seat of academic, political and cultural liberalism in America, lies at the center of the storm."

Why bring this up now? Apparently recently he reaffirmed this stand. So now the article is making the rounds of blogs. As you all learn more about Santorum, keep in mind that he certainly has his eyes on the White House. This up-and-coming Leader blames a whole city for the Catholic Priest Sex Scandals. I guess that means that other towns and priests are off the hook. Just blame Boston.

Here's another's viewpoint on Santorum

First our Legislators give themselves a raise, and now Santorum. Geeesh. What's next?

Well thank heavens it's Boston's fault. Florida's been blamed for enough lately.

Say, which state is to blame for Jimmy Swaggart? I'd like to send them some hate mail.

Maybe Boston is at the center of the storm because something was actually DONE about it?

The red(neck) states were happy enough to simply allow the churches to sweep all that stuff under the rug.

Just a thought. And that Santorum needs to go live in a SANATARIUM.

I would like to throw a banana cream pie at his puss.

I think what made the situation in Boston particularly bad was that the Archdiocese not only protected child molesters but, in at least one case, actually promoted the bad priest to a position at the Vatican.

Santorum is sooooo righteous! He is a hero, second only to President George W. Bush himself!

The White House? I don't think he'll make it.

What a maroon (as Bugs Bunny would say)! Ted Kennedy told him off today on the Senate floor, which was cool.

I got it!

There are a lot of Horses in Penn, with all the Amish and whatnot.

And what do horses produce? In large quantities?

Put some of the "stuff" in plastic bags, then play a game of "try to hit the facist with poop".

I don't think Santorum will make it very far in the primary should he choose to run for president. He is just too far out there. I'm still worried about Jeb running. Jeb is out there but it's much less obvious.

Highlighted by the Terry Schiavo case, many Americans woke up to see the agenda of extreme right, and they're not real happy about it.

Santorum won't make it.

Yeah, and it was the witches' fault that Salem, Mass., has such a bad reputation. (I wonder if Santorum knows this?)

I'm sure Santorum knows, Hoss. He's read everything Cotton Mather ever wrote.

I second dddragon. Viagra worked on Bob Dole, I have to believe it would help the Junior Senator from Pennsylvania.
