Happy Independence Day!
This is Americow the Beautiful, one of the Cows from the CowParade, a public art exhibit that has been appearing all over the world. The CowParade came to Harrisburg, PA, last year.

Same to you. Mine is off to a slow start; the in-law's showed up last night. But, that's what they have alcohol...

Happy 4th!

You too, dear!

I can see that the bull is equally divided.

In Miami they put a bunch of giant chickens all over the place.

Why? I do not know. I suspect that someone was stoned.

Chickens?! S**t! I've seen Cows on Parade in Harrisburg, Moose in Bennington, VT, Horses somewhere else in VT, Pigs in SD, Mules in Downingtown, PA...I forget what else. Oh! Sea Gulls in O.C., MD! (Well, they're gone now, just one left.) Starfish in Baltimore, but chickens? Is Miami known for chickens?

We had the cow parade here. It was really really cool! I get a huge kick out of that sort of thing!

Have a great 4th!

dddragon: I have truly fouled up. I meant to add you to my Favorites list, which I visit every day, a long time ago. Discover that I failed. I am a failure. Kick my butt.

"I shall return."

Hoss: no problemo ~ you look at all those blogs every day? wow!! I try to look at everyone's blogs at least once a day, I don't always comment (depends on if the DH is around ... don't want him to know how much time I spend on blogging!)
