Lurking Brings Its Own Rewards
Feeling like you just don't know what to post? (Besides whining?) Lurk at the blogs of those that comment on your blog, and you'll probably find something to emulate.
At Bastet's blog there's a photo of her cat in a box. So here's two photos of our Salem, one as a kitten and one as a young adult. He sure loved to sleep in that napkin basket. Loved it to death.

Looking at that grown-up picture again, I see that it may not be obvious that the front half of Salem is indeed in the basket.
Salem is a very handsome boy! Our kitties think they are the most photographed cats in the world. Hardly a day goes by...
awww, how cute. I LOVE cats. I wish I wasn't allergic to them. I am HORRIBLY allergic, and yet I am so drawn to them.
I passed by an animal adoption center the other day and went in there. It was full of lovely kitties. I wanted to take each of them home, but fell absolutely in love with this one cross between a siamese and a white angora cat. He was GORGEOUS and soooo sweet.
I sneezed all the way out.
You have to admit, possums have their own charm, though... did you see the newest addition in my blog?

So, does that mean you don't resent me for lurking on your blog? I get so busy sometimes, I can't seem to get my brain in gear to make a suitable comment. I usually can't even think of something decent to post.
