Photos of Christmas Past

This photo is from last Christmas, showing Nod with saw in hand, Bookworm watching. This year was the first time ever that we didn't have time to go out as a family and cut down a tree. Nod ran out between the school band's Holiday Concert, the band family party and my church's Holiday Concert. We girls went from school to party (to eat) and then on to church.

Lowe's - $37.99 and they tie it to my car. That's about as much "roughing it" as I'll get.

Now, if only they'd decorate it, too...

Once 3.000 Kr and it is ready in the basement every year to be gathered and put up :)
But Nod seems to know what he is doing cutting down that tree!

There is NOTHING like a fresh-cut tree. Just sayin'.

It's kind of funny - Bookworm is watching while Nod is holding and cutting down the tree. You go Nod! Then again, you go Bookworm! :)
