Well, it's Band Camp Week. Naturally, it's too hot. Fortunately, it's not has hot last year.

I'm Co-V.P. of Band Boosters (woohoo), so I'm over at the camp most of the evening sessions (8:30 -11:30 am; 5:30-8:40 pm). The sections - i.e. low brass, trumpets, drumline, etc., have costume contests for the evenings. Bookworm's trumpet section won group costume and Goa'uld won best individual costume last night. Goa'uld's low brass group won group the night before.
