Sorry that I'm late today - I was out running errands, and I'm about to go out with The Girls to get some last items for school.
This photo is from November 1971 when we visited the then-new Magic Mountain in Southern California.
Now ... gotta shop!

That's little AP3, dddragon, Acton Bell, and Kevin (ever cooperative). In fact, you're the only one looking at me. Had I taken too many pix that day?

That's the only Magic Mountain I have ever been to and man do I have quite a few memories there!

I used to hate going to parks with Mom and Dad. They had more energy than I did.
Let's see, in Nov '71 I was 1 1/2 in Southern CA. And this weekend I was school shopping too. The coincidences abound!
3D, on Saturday I thought of you and kicked myself after I went to Williams-Sonoma for my Wasabi Green Tea soap & lotion set with matching scented candle. It smells wonderful and looks great in my kitchen, but...I could've called!!!

the first and *only* time i went to Magic Mountain was sometime around 1982 or 83... after the birth of my first son... before the birth of my second.
hey, but i drove past it manymanymany times throughout the 70's while making frequent trips between my home town of Tulare, CA and Los Angeles and/or San Diego. so that's gotta count for something! xox neva
