Too Much Stuff To Do
Yes, I know. I've done it to myself. Too much volunteering. Can't help it - I've been this way for a long time. A classmate of Goa'uld's was looking at her father's yearbook and apparently I'm in alot of club/group photos. I do practicing saying "no" but it doesn't always work. And lately the little things that I volunteer for end up being much bigger. (how does that happen so often?)
Plus I've got my health issues. Nothing major, just enough to be a drag. The migraines especially make getting thru the day difficult.
Actually, this is all the same ol' thing - Girl Scouts, Marching Band, art classes (giving and taking), kids, house, migraines, bad back, blah blah blah yadda yadda blaaaa. I can just see that my posts would be repeat whinings, anyway.
So, I'll post things occasionally, and try to at least be faithful with the Old Photo Weekends. Feel free to email me at dddragonblog@yahoo.com if ya feel the need.

Happy 21st
well, darn it - I can't find any photos that I want to use today. I'll look later and maybe post as an "old photo" this weekend.
Because it's been 21 years since Nod and I got married.
Because our dryer died, we bought a new dryer. They ain't cheap, as you may know. So we said that would be our anniversary gift to each other.
Naturally, Nod the Stinker had roses and a gift all wrapped up pretty on the table for me this morning.
Good thing his birthday is in two days. And that I've got roman shade to put up. It'll be a surprise gift to him that they get up. I'm SUCH a procrastinator! that he won't believe it.

Old Photo Weekend
My froggy voice in my audioblogger post turned out to be a cold coming on. Missed work all week. Well, I wasn't scheduled to work Monday, took Tuesday off for a doctor check-up (good thing that appointment had already been made months ago because I was sick now!) and could not talk well enough to be at a catalog call center the rest of the week!
Our football team got slaughtered Friday night. Oh, well. We'll do better next year - got a good bunch of sophomores that will be ready to take over then.
Our Marching Band has a TOB tonight - there will be 19 band competiting. It's been cold, rainy and blustery all week. It would be nice if the weather cleared up!
